@ozne - The notification that someone has submitted writing to you is not being emailed although it does appear in your Timeline on the Learn page. We are working on getting those emails to send. However, I have no problem correcting writing and I have received my writing back corrected by a tutor so it seems to be working. What is happening to you exactly? What are you clicking on?

I’ve tried on my Ipad and pc, I’m simply clicking on -send report- button. It’s showing - 500 server error-

@ozne - We have a long list of things we are working on related to our update. We know about this issue. You don’t have to continue to bring it up. I will let you know when it is fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, most writing correction is working fine and it is something that right now is only affecting your account or the writing sample you are correcting. We will get to it as soon as we can.
