I have the following annoying problem recently: When I reply to an “Exchange Request” and correct a text, it also happens that I make mistakes during the correction. I click on “edit” and what happens? All the text is transformed into a single vertical column of single letters. Impossible to change anything. Am I doing something wrong? It would be great if someone could help me.

Strange, I can’t reproduce that. Just tried to edit some submitted request and was able to do that without any problem, and without any text “transformation” as you said. Do you still have this issue? If so, can you please send us a screenshot of it to support(at)lingq.com? Thanks!
