I upgraded to basic on December 1, but wasn’t able to find the correct link or code to enter to get the points. Is it possible that you could award them to my account?

You can still use the coupon code which is UPSAVE500 if you go and upgrade to Plus. Then, you can downgrade right away back to Basic. The system only charges you on your billing date at whatever membership level you are currently at so you can upgrade and downgrade in the intervening period all you like without being charged. Just make sure not to downgrade to Free or you will have to pay again when you upgrade.
