Drop down menu is not working

The drop down menu does not work for learn, exchange and tasks icons this has been going on for two days now.

In the case of my iPad, the same issue has been resolved recently. What is your platform?

I don’t know much about computers and technology in general but I think I have Microsoft Windows Vista. Also I use Internet Explorer if that makes any difference.

Can you please tell us which version of IE you are using? Could you also try this on Chrome or Firefox to see if you also experience the problem there?

I have IE 11 but I do not have Chrome or Firefox.

Ok, we are trying to fix this as soon as we can. Hopefully, in the next day. In the meantime, both Chrome and Firefox are free browsers so you can always download one of them and use it instead. I recommend Chrome for which we have an importing extension. Sorry about this.

I faced the same issue in IE today. It’s fine with FF.
