Download audio taken over by zShare - how to get rid of it?

I don’t know how this happened, but now when I hit ‘download audio’ the function gets taken over by an ad supported program called zShare. It makes intrusive clicking sounds. I need to get rid of this as soon as possible.

Can you let us know which lessons give you this message? We’ll take a look at it and see if we can get it fixed.

Thanks Alex! It’s the lesson El Sabor de Colombia Cuento No3 Gabriel Garcia Marquez. It seems that I don’t have this problem with my other lessons. Gracias.

Thanks for letting us know. Most of the audio for lessons is on our server/database, but there are some lessons that have external audio. In these cases it is the responsibility of the content provider to make sure the audio is working correctly. For now I’ve removed these lessons from the Library until the content provider can fix the audio file.
