wanted to downgrade so I wouldn’t be charged again when this year ends, but after all the spammy offers, I just see the option to “delete my data”. I don’t want to delete it as I have many months left in the plan I already paid, I just want to downgrade after this plan expires. How can I do this?
I checked your account and I can confirm that you have cancelled your subscription successfully. Your account will be downgraded to FREE level after your current paid period expires.
