I downgraded middle of last month and just got an invoice email charging me for the month. I would please like a refund and a downgrade of my account. Thank you very much :).

I think I’ll have the same issue. I just tried to downgrade three times in a row, trying different reasons, and my account is still a premium with a charging date assigned.
I can’t remove my credit card information either. I just want to downgrade to basic, before I’m charged.

I checked your account and I can confirm that you did canceled your subscription successfully. Your account will drop to Free level after your current paid month expire.
