Downgrade issue

I’ve been trying to downgrade from Basic to Free but everytime I try and click the ‘downgrade’ button, a pop-up window appears telling me there has been an internal error.

Any advice?

@thiswaysketch - You should have received an email confirming your cancelation. In this email it mentions that your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing cycle, whereupon your account will automatically be downgraded.

We are looking at some ways to make this a bit more clear from the Account page as well, but rest assured that you won’t be charged again.
