I was a premium user, but was not using it due my workload.

I change to the free plan, but they tricked and put free plan just after November 2024. They tried to charge my credit card several times. I sent an email asking to stop it and they still charged me today.

The WORST experience I’ve ever had with a language app. UNBELIAVABLE.

You dod cancel subscription successfully but you did so after the renewal date, so your account was on past due and that is why you got charged.
I just refunded your payment and expired subscription.
