If you create an assignment and put it in your WorkDesk does it count towards your limit? It seems to me this should be free to encourage more contributions.
Yes, it does count towards your limit. Originally, we weren’t going to have an archive and delete button so we wanted to offer a way for members to increase their storage capacity. However, because we decided to allow people to archive and delete assignments, we are no longer going to do this.

The deciding for “archiv” was a great idea and is very helpful. So I have access to my items I have worked with and can reopen anytime for review.
Not all “complete” items are in my archive - some are deleted. But all I worked hard with or are interesting for me are there when complete.
