Did I pay double?

Hello! I bought this membership through GROUPON and it stood;

“With the offer phase 6 or 12 month membership “Premium”, which gives unlimited number of lessons, access to the iPhone and Android Apps and Training”…

I wonder why I needed to pay 10dollars per month then to get access to fully “Premium” membership if it already stood in the offer that this was included?
