I’ve tried to change the default dictionary under three language settings (English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese). Whenever I click on the Dictionary Setting link, the dictionary panel would just go blank and there’s nothing that I can do.
Hi Cantotango,
It seems fine for me. What browser are you using? Was it working for you before?
Hi Mark,
I am using IE8 under Vista. I’ve never been able to get it to work. Just then I thought it might have something to do with cookies. I changed the setting to accept cookies from LingQ but the problem remains.
Did you activate the compatibility mode of IE8?
Hi Cantotango,
I see that issue now in IE. We will look into it. In the meantime, those settings are working in Firefox or Chrome, if you have access to either of those browsers.
VeraI,
I just tried the compatibility mode but it hasn’t made any difference.
We have fixed this Dictionary Settings issue in IE. It should have been working for a while now. I just forgot to mention it here… Sorry!
Mark,
Thanks for fixing the problem, Mark. It’s working for me now.
