Dictionary form of Arabic verbs?

I’ve been learning (MSA) Arabic for a couple of months and I noticed that the verbs don’t seem to have an infinitive form. As you know, with Arabic verbs, you add prefixes and suffixes to the stem/root form for each person and tense.

I want to start learning more verbs. So I would like to know, if I look up verbs in an Arabic to English dictionary, what form will the verbs be in? Are they just listed as the stem/root form in the dictionary, or some other form? Thanks.

Can anyone answer this please?

I have never had an Arabic/English dictionary, however I think Arabic verbs should be listed in the the third person’s past-tense form. For example,
Etc. I hope that helped.
