Dictionaries for beta languages

Thanks for the suggestions, Vera. I’ve now added all these dictionaries.

This isn’t for a beta language, but it’s a good Russian dictionary–in some ways as good as the ABBYY Lingvo dictionary. If it’s suitable, can you add it, Alex?

http://online.slovoed.ru/index.php

It covers:

Russian-English
Russian-French
Russian-Spanish
Russian-Italian
Russian-German
Russian-Russian

I think that registration is required to use it.

Thanks.

The bigger problem is we can’t directly interact with this dictionary, so unless someone wants to write the code to access it (as odiernod has done for a couple of other dictionaries), we won’t be able to add this one.

Alex, Thanks for looking. Sorry to send you on a wild-goose chase.

Not a problem  If you come across any other useful dictionaries, be sure to let us know.

Thank you Alex, for the adds.

Hi Alex, can you please add the woxikon dictionary for Swedish? It has been added (above) for German by Vera’s request.

e.g. for the word grej:

http://www.woxikon.se/svenska/grej
which redirects to
http://www.woxikon.se/svenska/grej.php

@keke_eo - It doesn’t look like the Swedish version of this site has a specific to:from search structure, but instead just shows several languages. This then makes it a bit more difficult to add for specific combinations as I’ve done with the German version. What would be the ideal setup for this dictionary?

Hmm. Is it necessary to map the “to” language in the URL? It supports six or so different languages and gives the glosses for all at once. Can you map it to those six somehow?

OK, I’ve now added this dictionary and directed all language combinations to the same page.

Great, thanks! works well!
