Are you aware that your thread title could be cryptic to some of us. What does it mean that it will sunset?

The 2nd line in the OP above explains it all:

Sunset : https://www.learner.org/learner-org-announcements/annenberg-learner-to-sunset-on-july-1-2026/

TL;Dr; They’re closing shop

I shouldn’t have to click a link in a topic just to understand what the topic is about  That beeing said, I just googled the word and it seems that to sunset actually exists in the meaning you are stating. I never saw this before, hence my confusion. (Is this a standard term amongst natives?)

So it’s less an issue with the title but more with my english skills :joy:

I’ve seen it several times before, in particular when referring to software.

Google is the champion

learner.org is also sunsetting the “French in Action” video series.

I would say that the “French in Action” series is similar to the “Destinos” series, except that the “French in Action” series is entirely in French, whereas I think the “Destinos” series has some English during the question & review parts.

Destinos is a great program. I watched the whole series over a few months. The story is good, you hear accents from around the Spanish-Speaking countires of the world. The vocabulary starts basic, but after five episondes the level goes up. Subtitles are available throughout.

Just add a espisode to your normal Spanish practiices and I am sure you will enjoy the series.

Also, you can find the scripts of the episodes on the Internet.

It would be a shame if they no longer have the series available soon; as the OP stated.
