Desktop importing problems

when creating lessons from a desktop in most cases they remain pending.
However, they show up in a course but are not counted in the overall number of lessons, as I understand.

I tried multiple times with different types of files.

Both problems occur if you upload just text or text along with audio.
I suspect the issue has been there since yesterday or even Friday.

when uploading from youtube there are no issues.

I even created a course which was almost impossible to track down as the lessons remained pending while in fact they were uploaded.

let’s just hope the issue will not be there for months  nervous

surprised I’m the first one to alarm this.

Thanks for reporting, we are investigating the issue.

I was just about to report this myself, as I have been experiencing it when uploading audio files.

If I wait for the upload, it appears successfully and I am taken to the lesson. I can listen to the audio and read along with the transcription. However, if I exit, then the lessons I’ve imported can no longer be found, and they all show up under Pending as failed imports.

Very frustrating, as I’ve been a free user for years, and only just upgraded a few days ago specifically to take advantage of the upload feature. It was working wonderfully at first, but over the past day has not.
