I recently imported a lesson and when I refreshed the page, the LingQs were deleted. I don’t mind going back and recreating them as unknown words, but it has happened to me a couple of times. Am I doing something wrong?
@Le_Jr - Do you notice this happening consistently with certain words or after performing a specific action? Also, have you been able to try this in another browser to see if the same issue occurs? I don’t know that we’ve had any reports of this, so any additional information will be helpful in understanding what exactly is happening here.
If I change a word to a known word, and hit refresh it does it. It deleted most of the LingQs for the article.
@Le_Jr - Would you be able to record a screencast for us so that we might have a better idea of why this is happening? You can use a program like Jing (Screen Capture Software | Snagit | TechSmith) to do this.
