Hi guys,
I am new in the forum after upgrading from the free version. Speaking of this: Is there a possibility to delete all the vocabulary that is marked as known till now?
I scrolled through a few pages of a story and now all the blue marks are gone and I “learned” a ton of new words in a short amount of time. Of course I almost know none of them and would like to just beginn from zero on.
Is this possible?
Thanks a lot and have a great day

Two hours later I see, taht this seems to be a topic for a lot of people before me.
It could be fixed really easy and after two hours of searching instead of learning I do not really understand why this isn´t possible. But okay, it is like it is.
Having said this, I found Zorans reply with this sentence:
So, if you are reading, and come across a word you incorrectly marked as known or ignored, just click on it to make it blue.
Now: Am I to stupid or has something changed in the meanwhile and this isn´t working any more?

If you want to reset all of your vocabulary and stats. I believe you can reset the language overall from settings. This would make everything blue.
You can’t otherwise make them blue (as far as I know), but you can assign it another status (1-4 or known) or set it to ignore.
I love LingQ, but it is frustrating that they are so stubborn about providing a way to adjust the known and ignored words lists easier, as we can with the other statuses.
You can get a list of all your known words through the api by using this url:
https://www.lingq.com/api/languages/hi/known-words/
You’ll want to select “pretty print” because of the non-roman script. Given that you are not so far along, you could take that text and import as a lesson and make your adjustments manually to reset the ones that are not “known” for you to “1”. This can be done from within the lesson, or you can do it from “Manage LingQs” or filtering to that lesson in the vocab tab.
It isn’t pretty, but you may be able achieve what you want to this way.
Good luck!
But okay, it is like it is.
Unfortunately this seems to be the conclusion of every single discussion about this topic here…
