Delete and add meaning in lingq dialogue box not always showing

In the lingq dialogue box, saved meaning, when you hover on the right hand side it is supposed to give you the X and + options (add and delete, respectively). These often do not show on hover. Windows/chrome.

There is a similar issue (possibly related) with the x for delete not appearing when you hover over a tag. It happens quite often. Windows/chrome.
