UPDATE: This should now be working properly. If you are still having problems with the dashboard not showing, be sure to clear your browser’s cache!
We’ve been looking into this issue for the past couple of days and are still having trouble reproducing it. We recognize that it is a major issue for many users on the site and want to get it fixed as soon as possible, but we need your help.
If you are experiencing this issue, please follow these steps:
(1) Open up a lesson
(2) Open the Error Console
(a) if you are in Chrome, you can press Control+Shift+J on Windows and Command+Shift+J on Mac
(b) if you are in Firefox, you can press Control+Shift+J on Windows and Command+Shift+J on Mac and switch the tab to “Errors”
(c) if you are in Safari, you can follow these instructions:
—Mac OS X—
Open Safari and choose Safari > Preferences > Advanced. Then select Show Develop menu in menu bar.
Choose Develop > Show Error Console.
—Windows—
Open Safari and click Settings (highlighted below) > Preferences… > Advanced. Then select Show Develop menu in menu bar…
To show the menu bar, click Settings > Show Menu Bar. The menu bar can be removed at any point by clicking Settings > Hide Menu Bar.
To use the console, open Safari and in the menu bar choose Develop > Show Error Console.
(3) Take a screenshot of any errors that appear in the Error Console
(4) Email any screenshots to support (at) lingq.com.
