This doesn´t usually happen and when I open the original files they look fine. What is going on? It is impossible to read the book when it has joined all these words together and I constantly have to trash them.

Do you have that same issue with any epub file you import?
Could you check the ePuB file using Calibre software to see if they have the same problem described in link below.
Some ePuB use something different for space (but still invisible) between words which LingQ doesn’t parse correctly.
Hi, it is only with Czech. I have uploaded epubs recently in German and they come out fine.
@EABurgess Is it the same with any epub file you import for Czech?
It hasn´t been in the past but as I had just bought the book I was disappointed. I didn´t think about reuploading something but I will try and see if it is just this file.
I don´t have calibre. What is it?
