How can I display the current page number and the remaining pages in reader mode?
I know that hovering over the progress bar shows this information, but when the relevant part of the bar overlaps with the position indicator, the information does not appear.

Just position your courses right before the green progress bar and it will still show what page you are on.
If the total number of pages is small, that method works. However, when there are many pages, the section becomes shorter and gets hidden behind the circle, making it invisible. This is especially true in sentence mode, where there can be hundreds of pages, causing the section representing a single page (in this case, a sentence) to shrink to the size of a dot.
