Two courses I created recently are not visible in Continue Studying tray or Search results. The lessons from those courses DO appear in Continue Studying and Search results.

Sorry to hear that. Do you have any filters enabled by any chance?
No filters. I was able to resolve by creating new courses and manually moving the lessons over one by one. No idea why those courses were not visible, but the new ones are visible.
