Couldn't attend conversation

I am a tutor on LingQ and had a lesson scheduled last night.
Due to loss of electricity and internet in my home, I couldn’t attend or cancel the booking with my student.
Will they be charged for this lesson?
There is a “user did not attend” tick box within the report.
I’m unsure if this refers to myself or the student.
Some guidance would be really appreciated.

What is the student’s username? I’ll make sure the conversation is cancelled and points added back to student’s account.
