You might to look into “Tutoring” on LingQ. It requires you to provide a schedule for tutoring sessions. After setting up tutor page on LingQ, other users of platform will be able to find you in “Tutors tab”. Doing writing exchange is probably a good way to attract some potential students.
I believe that an overview of points is available in the settings. Points and coins are two separate things, coins are used to represent how much effort you spent on learning (i.e. to transcribe hours of listening, words of reading, …, into one metric), points are used in booking tutoring sessions, buying premium, 100 points = 1 usd.
