I tried to send a conversation request to a tutor. I got the message, that the text was too long. Unfortunately all of the settings in this request was gone because the window closed and I lost the date for this request. That is not really comfortable because I had to add everything again and especially the long text, that I’ve written, was lost.
Vera, yes there are issues with the request a conversation system and we hope to get to this in the future. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Hint of the day:
Copy everything in before you submit it. (CTRL+A, CTRL+C) I’ve made this a habit since the days of yore when the connection was shaky. You could never know if you’d really be online the next second, if there would be a browser crash, if there would be a technical problem on the site and so on. Even for a super-short message like “Yes, I agree!” I copy everything before sending it. Call me stupid, but it takes less time copying it than retyping it.
