Conversation problems

I got two emails saying that I had two conversations booked for today (Friday 31 NZ time) but I didn’t receive any reminder emails nor did they show up on my conversations tab. Were they cancelled or is it just something to do with the upgrade?

That means that the student canceled them. You should always go by your list of conversations in the Tutor section.
