I hope this is a really simple thing. I’ve concluded (based on the warning email I get) that the daily cycle for the streak calculation end/begins at 00:00 UTC. Which for me is 19:00. So if I do something at 18:30 it’s on a different day from something I do at 19:30. Correct?
The daily cycle for the streak calculation begins at 00:00 in time zone you have selected on the profile settings page: Login - LingQ
However, note that there is currently an issue and for Android app users time zone switch back to UTC automatically. We are looking into the issue and we hope to have it fixed soon.
Thanks! My profile was indeed set with UTC as its time zone. I changed it. I’ll watch it to see whether it changes.
