Comeback offer while cancelling subscription

While cancelling my subscription yesterday, I got an offer to get 50% off. But it doesn’t show if that’s 50% off my price ($10) or of the new price ($14.99). I got a confirmation of my cancellation via mail, but in my account it says “Current Tier:
1 Months Premium (changing to Monthly Premium on October 03, 2025)
Change plan
Subscription:
USD 14.99 / Monthly”

I sent you a mail yesterday, but got no reply. Since my subscription is about to be renewed, it is urgent.

A 50% discount will be applied to $14.99 Premium plan, since the old plan (grandfathered) is no longer active and the discount can’t be applied to it.
