Combine words into expression/idioms

Is it possible to combine words into a longer expression/idiom.

For instance, in the screenshot below, the individual translations of あるんですけど don’t make much sense. However the entire think roughly translates to a variation of “There is something, but…”, which does more sense and I can expand on its usage in a comment. However, I can’t figure out how to add this as a combined LingQ

What you can do is to select it as save it as LingQ phrase. You can’t combine words to save them as a single word LingQs.
