Changing interface language

I’m trying to switch my interface language and I’ve seen that this is an option, does anyone know how to go about it?

You can change the Interface language from the Home Settings (from the cog wheel, right next to tabs on the home page), while the dictionary language can be changed on the same place but under the Reader Settings tab.
