Last spring my credit card (Mastercard) didn’t work because Deutsche Bank didn’t accept the sales order by LingQ for unknown security reasons. I finally managed to get the order accepted by temporary suspension of security procedures for my bank account. Nevertheless I prefer not to be dependent on the good will from any bank employee who happens to be on the phone. So I would like to change to a different payment method, especially paypal. But as far as I would have to drop my account and create a new one which is no attractive alternative because I would lose the work of two years. What can I do? Pl
You don’t have to delete your account. Your current subscription was set to renew on February 2026.
I just canceled this subscription for you and your account will instead drop to Free plan in February. As soon as your account drops to the free plan, you will be able to start a new subscrition (upgrade back) with PayPal instead.
