Categories in the Store

In the Portuguese Store there as much categories as in the English store, for example… Can we add new categories ourselves, or is it something more complicated? I’d like to have a categorie for Steve’s Book there… If that isn’t possible, where should I put the collection for his book?

I have added the category “Steve’s Book” to the Portuguese Store.
