In the vocabulary section there is an option to view the words that you can’t remember. Are these supposed to be the words that you didn’t click “got it!” to during the Flashcard session? There are lots of words that come up which I do remember fine and I’m trying to fix it.
The basic setting makes a word disappear from the list when you have “got it” twice (during the same session, e.g. going through the list twice in a row), but according to the programming, it may also show up later even if status 4 has been reached.
