Seems like fast.appcues.com which seems to be what provides those missing appcues has ended on some adblocker lists. Disabling adblocker for LingQ/whitelisting Appcues/LingQ address (depending on your ablocker) may help.
I have the same issue
It’s happening to a lot of people using the web app I suppose. I don’t know because nobody answered yet. That thread is on the Premium Forum.
