Can't import a lesson

I’m trying to import a private lesson to my italian, text only. But in the end I receive the message “Import fehlgeschlagen. Import der Lektion fehlgeschlagen.” After waiting 2 or 3 minutes I get this message. (Import of the lesson failed.) I’ve tried different text and different courses that I’ve created, but the problem remains. I remember that I had this problem 2 or 3 weeks ago, but with a second try I was able to import the lesson then. But now it isn’t possible at all. I’ve tried it 7 or 8 times in the last hour.

Now it worked but it is annoying that I had to try it so many times and it didn’t work for about an hour.
Do you have any guess why this problem occurs?

@VeraI Thanks for reporting, we’ll look into it and try to figure out why you are experiencing the mentioned issue.

@Zoran: Today it took me more than 5 minutes to add a lesson with 14 sentences. It says “Ihr Lerninhalt wird generiert” which means, your learning content will be created. It is no fun to wait so long and very frustrating. Yesterday in the evening I had this problem too.

I had the same problem yesterday. It usually worked the second time I tried, but at least once, it took two or three tries to get it to work.

I’m experiencing this as well, lessons are taking ages to generate and have a high failure rate.

Should be better now. Thanks for reporting!

Thank you for the fix. I’ve uploaded a lesson and it worked. If I come accross this problem again, I’ll let you know.

Unfortunately it happens again. I had to wait more than 2 minutes for a quite short text to be imported.

Sorry to hear that, Vera. We’ll look into it.

Yesterday and today it worked better. It seems to be a glitch from time to time. Maybe the servers are too busy sometimes?

Don’t know if it helps to nail down the issue, but I haven’t had any issues importing content recently, and I am from the same region as @VeraI (German speaker). Maybe the issue has to do with the platform used. I am on Windows 10 64bit using Google Chrome.

@VeraI I can’t say for sure. We will continue monitoring it and trying to reproduce the problem on our end. We will have it improved.
