Can't ignore words in Traditional Chinese

If you try to press X or otherwise ignore words (such as English words or English acronyms in the text) this message comes up:

SyntaxError: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0 Please check your Internet connection and visit our Twitter feed for system status updates.

Also with english words that are in a chinese lesson you can ignore but they come back again as blue.
