I am trying to cancel my membership, but it says I need to delete lessons? As far as I know there are no more lessons I can delete, so I am stuck paying for a subscription? I mailed support, but no answer has been given in a few weeks…
We did actually received an email from you on February 6th, and replied to it on the same day. Maybe check your spam, you’ll probably find our reply there.
In that reply, I confirmed that your subscription has been cancelled successfully and your account will drop to the FREE plan after your current paid period expires.
Alright, thanks for you response! I checked my mail and spam, but didn’t receive any mail. Good to know the unsubscription was succesful.
