I’m trying to buy more points to book tutoring lessons and your system isn’t allowing me to do so. Every time I try the “Buy points” button is greyed out and I can’t click on it. Screenshot below. Please help.

I assume there is some simple protection with a timeout and it should allow buying points further after a few hours.
