Zoran, why is it that I read here repeatedly that your company is billing even though users cancelled subscription? It looks like it has gone like this for ages… Why don’t you just stop billing as soon as one has cancelled?
And what’s more: shouldn’t you send users a message well in time before billing again, like a decent company?
