I have been trying to cancel this subscription for a few months. The options have been hidden and are not available on the account page. Below is a screenshot showing that I was to be moved to a “Free” account only to continue to be charged. Please cancel this account, stop charging me and refund the previous 2 payments.
FYI: clicking the “change plan” button takes you to a page where you can only change to a higher tier, the “free” option is completely hidden.

Nothing is hidden. Option to cancel subscription is under the “Change Plan” on the screenshot you provided.
I have just canceled your subscription and refunded your today’s and last month’s payment, since you had no activity on your account during that period.
