I have enjoyed using Lingq a lot in the past for learning languages. Today, I decided to give lingq a try again for Japanese. However, I am a bit disappointed by the parsing of the Japanese sentences into words and the text-to-speech often days the wrong readings. Also, the amount of beginner content with audio transcriptions are less than I had hoped. I do really love the service, but wish it was more like the experience I’ve had with other languages. I’ve therefore decided not to use Lingq at this point in my Japanese learning journey. Would it be possible to get my subscription cancelled and refunded?

You are subscribed to LingQ Premium via iOS app (Apple Store). Please cancel your subscription there and you can also request a refund on Apple. We are not allowed to cancel subs/refund payments on Apple’s behalf.
