It also depends on what country you’re in. In my case almost all VPN providers are blocked by the government. Psiphon still works though.
Otherwise I’d recommend ZenMate which works wonders.

I have used several - The Pro VPN, Dot VPN Pro, Augustro VPN and others, but Hide Expert VPN was the best one for me.
