Can I import new audio into an existing lesson?

Learning Vietnamese, but pronunciation is very region-specific. I have a (Northern dialect) native speaker who can create new audio for mini-stories for me from existing lesson text. Is there a way to import that audio file into an existing lesson please?

I presume that I could export the lesson text and then create a brand new lesson from that text and my new audio file, but (a) that seems a bit clumsy if a simpler alternative already exists; and (b) I’m unclear whether the reader is clever enough to break the audio into sentences automatically (ie so that I could use the appropriate fragment of the audio to focus on practising an individual sentence).

I think this is what you’d have to do with mini-stories, since they were created by others and shared. You can’t add the audio to everyone’s file, and there is no duplicate lesson function as far as I know.

I’ve not used it for Vietnamese, but the audio transcription and timestamping of the sentences have worked well for me in Spanish. I’d just try one lesson and see how it goes.
