I got a task that my manager wanted me to seek for overseas technology and biz cooperation. Since I got the task, it has been a week but there is still nothing progressed. My company is a big manufacturer doing machinery manufactureing and exporting but I don’t know where I should release my recruiting information.
I am not familiar with recruiting abroad and this is just a try. So is anyone in Lingq Can help me with it?

My manager wanted me to seek for overseas technology and business cooperation. Well, I mean I want to recruit an engineer for packaging machinery abroad who can help or make design for us and also we need students,probably students in universities, help us to visit exhibition in its city and send the infomation back to us. We will offer their nice salary of course. My company is a big manufacturer of packaging machinery, cause our domestic technology is limited, and you know, this is impossible for us to visit all shows in the world, so we seeking for overseas cooperation, of course, they will be paid. But i don’t know where I should release these job news, I think that learners in Lingq are from the world, they might know how I can do this. I really wanna build long term cooperation for this, but now, that really bothers.
