BUG in import: Youtube overrides manually uploaded audio

I just saw Lingq in the web app spend time generating my text from the audio I supplied only for it to discard it once done.

It appears that since I also supplied a YouTube URL for the audio it discarded my file when done.

[Edited to specify it was a YouTube URL]

Sorry to hear that. I asked our team to look into it.

I have a similar issue, but I am not providing any YouTube URL, just uploading the audio. It is, however, unable to transcribe it.

Do you see any error message?

I’ve tried to import the audio once again to give you the exact error message, but this time it worked.

The error I’ve got yesterday on several attempts was the default one stating that the import failed. There was no real explanation given. Just: “Failed to import the lesson. Click to delete.”

Another bug in import.
iOS. When name of audiofile to import is too long, i get message that there are problems with internet connection. But hen i try to import it on website, i get correct message that file name is too long

I decided to try this again, and it is still a problem. Please fix.

I asked our team what is the status here.
