I’m having problems with transcriptions of some imported books (pdf or epub). The texts are corrects, and page by page everything is well, but, after generate the audio, some of them, when I played the audio, in some point the transcription falls the sequence, jumps to another party, returns back, and is impossible to follow the with the text.
I had major problems myself when I was trying to transcribe my audio files in German and part of the audio files were not actually transcribed maybe two or three minutes or maybe even 4 minutes and I already reported this problem but I don’t know if anyone took a look at it in great detail
Maybe we need to send messages, in Steve Kaufmann’s videos, about these issues in the platform. I am loving LingQ, but the support and solving issues are pretty weak and slow (or nothing). I reported few lessons, without fixing or answers, and here, my problems continue.
Hello @DJFill we made a fix for this issue. I generated new audio for your lesson and it looks fine. Could you please check? Also, if there are another lessons with incorrect audio, you can remove the audio track (on the Edit lesson page) and generate new one. It should be correct.
@zoran, that lesson didn’t be fixed. Actually they changed the audio of the podcast, but I want you really fixing the transcriptions of the podcast, not the audio (and then, generating this AI audio). You need to fix keeping the original audio of the .mp3 file.
@DJFill Sorry, just to make this clear, in your initial email on this thread you wrote that “after generate the audio, some of them, when I played the audio, in some point the transcription falls the sequence”. Are you generating lesson audio or uploading mp3 files?
