When on the library main page, browsing for content, if I change the language at the top of the page (e.g Russian to German) it takes me to my German overview page and I have to navigate back to the library page. Bug or undocumented user feature?

Essentially, languages are treated separately and kept quite separate on the site. We send people to the Overview page when they switch languages since this is our current starting point for the site. We assume that when you switch languages you are looking to get started in another one. We have no plans to change this.
