Brexit and U.K universities

You seem confused. Maybe you mean the main trait of my humour??

A really MIRACLE, @VDV!

The guys who captured this MIRACLE kept implore Jesus Christ to save these folks - and it worked out!

Thanks Lord!

Well indeed. But all bonhomie aside, the idea that someone would be reckless enough to expose a young child to real deadly danger in this way goes beyond ordinary stupidity. These people should face criminal charges, maybe.

I agree with you, Prinz.

“People who voted for Brexit were more likely to live in areas where the overall level of education was lower, according to a new study. However, Dr Peter Tammes, of the University of Bristol, found no link between leave-voting and higher unemployment or lower socio-economic status.”

“The spike in hate crimes that followed the Brexit vote in the summer of 2016 serves as a poignant reminder that Eastern Europeans are still ‘not-quite-white’. But at the same time this was a racism that was indiscriminate in its discrimination, targeting not just Eastern Europeans – the EU part of the problem – but racism’s favourite targets of yesteryear as well. The toxic rhetoric surrounding immigration in the build up to Brexit allowed some Brexiteers to interpret the referendum results as endorsing their exclusionary views.”

Yadda-yadda-yadda.

I remember a lot of liberal bleating about one particular post Brexit “racist incident”…until it transpired that the perpetrator was himself an Eastern European. The numpties became all forgetful then.

Europeans are by definition white. You obviously don’t get that. I’m white. If i move to Japan i’m not a ‘white Japanese’ person. I’m a European who lives in Japan.

No different in Europe. Europeans are white. White South African’s aren’t ‘African’.

You can’t be racist to people who are the same colour as you, with the same cultural heritage and roots.

Sorry that your propaganda says differently but critical thinking skills would be useful for you.

Brexit is to blame! We are all going to DIE! :-0

(But then again, maybe not…)

“You can’t be racist to people who are the same colour as you, with the same cultural heritage and roots.”

I think you are wrong. It’s not a matter of skin colors.

I am not engaged in any “propaganda” with the aim of politically dividing European countries. I think Europe is mainly a geographical concept. In Europe there are a lot of nations with a different “cultural heritage” and language. The EU was established to stop wars between European nations, if I am not mistaken.

W. Somerset Maugham’s short story titled “The Unconquered” is set at a small village in occupied France.

Maybe you see Brexit as a victory for bigotry?

“Todd, who comes from a cosmopolitan family of writers and is distantly related to the anthropologist Claude Lévi-Strauss, came to fame for predicting the fall of the Soviet Union in 1976 and more recently for suggesting the US is an empire in decline. He has long argued that family structures explain why people adhere to certain ideologies, and has pleaded for France to leave the euro.”

Emmanuel Todd thinks that France should leave the EU. He is also sympathetic to so-called Brexit.
I don’t know if his “anthropological” views are right or not.

I just imagine that Brexit might have some unitended consequences.

“The maternal side of Todd’s family is Jewish. … with the attack on the kosher grocery store, which he feels has been overshadowed by the Charlie Hebdo killings, he said antisemitism was clearly at crisis point. His theory is that the rise in Islamophobia is in turn stoking antisemitism in run-down suburbs, and that antisemitism is growing in the middle class.”

It’s not a matter of skin colors.

The above is an excerpt from the article Prinz referred to. Nobody appears to be accusing Prinz and other Brexiters of the recent increase of the number of deaths in the UK. Very strange. The following article might be helpful to you.
“How do I get over the fear of being falsely accused and punished?”

I suppose so. I presupposed some commonality between your humor and Trumpian virility because you are a big fan of Trump.

Brexit MUST be stopped!!!

We cannot allow hate to win! :-0

Can we…?

I don’t know. Do you have a good idea?

The will of the people must be defied!!!

Yes, Uncle!

“The will of the people on Brexit” is UKIP’s favorite expression in the “Divided” Kingdom.
http://www.ukip.org/the_will_of_the_people_on_brexit_will_be_still_be_heard_court_decision_makes_no_difference

The following is UKIP’s point of view on the result of the latest election. It is a single-issue party.

"Recently an opinion poll for UKIP still put us on only 3% nationally (YouGov).
When all the numbers are finally crunched, if we are indeed on between 5% to 7% of the vote then this represents a definite uplift in our support.
This is significant because the percentage difference between the Conservative and Labour parties is currently running at about 5% (Cons 43% Labour 38% YouGov, April)
In a General Election, the ability to command 5% or more of the vote has a significant impact on the votes, and seats, of the Lib-Lab-Con. "

I‘ve got you sussed, prune. I’m on your case.
