Bought year subscription. Shows me month-to-month in iOS app

I bought a year subscription to LingQ. When I check my account through the LingQ website, it shows me as having a one year subscription. However, when I go to my subscription in the iOS app, it shows me as month-to-month. Is there a way to get my year-long subscription to apply within the app? I don’t want to be charged Twice.
